750mL | <0.3% ABV | Only 2,600 bottles produced

Aged cassis, saddle leather, forest floor, cedarwood, eucalyptus, and dark nougat. A historic, 22-year-aged Austrian fine red wine blend from Mittelburgenland.

Crafted by the renowned Austrian estate Heribert Bayer / In Signo Leonis, Zeronimo Century Blend Edition No. 2 stands in a class of its own as the world's only non-alcoholic wine aged for over two decades. Produced in an ultra-limited run of 2,600 individually numbered bottles, this cuvée brings together grapes harvested from 60+ year-old vines on the famed Neckenmarkter Hochberg: 60% Blaufränkisch, 20% Pinot Noir, and 20% Merlot.

The base wine underwent 22 years of total maturation—24 months in new French barriques followed by 20 full years of bottle aging. Each vintage bottle was hand-opened at the winery before gentle, low-temperature vacuum dealcoholization. The result delivers the elusive secondary and tertiary aromatics of fine, aged cellar wine—silky tertiary tannins, savory forest floor, and noble oak spice—at 0.3% ABV (12.6 cal and 2.2g sugar per 100ml).

Garnet-brick pour, leather and eucalyptus aromas, 22-year tertiary core, and a long cedarwood finish—<0.3% ABV, limited to 2,600 bottles.

Zeronimo - Century Blend Edition No. 2

The Appearance: Mature, translucent garnet-brick red with mahogany amber rim variations and fine vinous legs clinging to the glass.

The Aroma: Ethereal, aristocratic, and tertiary-rich. Opens with pronounced notes of cassis, dried blackberries, aged saddle leather, and cooling eucalyptus, expanding into damp forest floor, cigar box cedar, and delicate cocoa nougat.

The Palate: Silky, harmoniously integrated, and deeply complex. Mature dark fruit gives way to noble toasted wood spice, balsamic depth, and gentle savory umami, supported by a balanced 5.4 g/L acidity and 22 g/L natural residual grape sugar.

The Finish: Monumental, long, and contemplative, leaving a lingering trail of cedarwood, dried dark berries, and savory forest soil without cloying sweetness.

Serving Size:

110

13 cals | 2.2g sugar

Slow-Braised Meats & Ragouts: Exceptional alongside braised beef short ribs, venison ragout, osso buco, or lamb shank.

Earthy Vegetarian Dishes: Outstanding with wild mushroom risotto, truffle polenta, roasted root vegetable casseroles, or grilled portobello steaks.

Aged Cheeses & Charcuterie: Perfect alongside aged Comté, Manchego, bresaola, or cured duck breast.

The Craft Winemaking Architecture

  • Two Decades of Maturation: Aged 24 months in new barriques and 20 years in the bottle, unlocking complex tertiary aromatic layers unavailable in young dealcoholized reds.
  • Old-Vine Mittelburgenland Terroir: Sourced from 60+ year-old vines grown on the mineral-rich slopes of the Neckenmarkter Hochberg (60% Blaufränkisch, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Merlot).
  • Hand-Decanted Small Batch: Every single bottle was opened by hand at the estate immediately prior to low-temperature vacuum alcohol removal to preserve fragile age-developed aroma compounds.
  • Strictly Limited Edition: Capped at 2,600 individually numbered bottles worldwide, packaged with an artisanal collector presentation.

Pro-Tip: The secondary and tertiary bouquet of Century Blend Edition No. 2 is delicate. Pour into a large Burgundy glass and give it 10 to 15 minutes in the glass rather than aggressive decanting; the gradual exposure to air will awaken the eucalyptus, leather, and cedar notes exactly as it would in a classic 20-year-old cellar vintage.
