Vibrant ruby-red with hints of pink, the nose opens with fresh pomegranate and crisp red apple aromas. Winemaking Process
The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed and cold-settled before stainless-steel fermentation, with no malolactic fermentation or cooperage. Alcohol is removed using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process that preserves the wine’s natural aromas and flavors. Water and natural flavors are added to balance the profile. A second fermentation occurs in pressurized tanks, creating delicate, tiny bubbles reminiscent of traditional Champagne.
